The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE set forth below.

Your use of this site or purchase from Flabbergast indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Flabbergast reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Flabbergast is herein deemed the provider, it is also referred to as "us" and "we". Customer is the person or organisation who purchases or seeks services from Flabbergast, it is also referred to as "you".

Placing an order

• We only ship within Australia and to New Zealand.
• All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Flabbergast, this includes the prepaid orders, eg. Payment made by deposit etc.
• Flabbergast may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers. In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Flabbergast, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.
• Our web site is not directly connected to our inventory system, quantity in stock displayed on our web site should be considered as a guide only. Quantity in stock does not take into account the orders already placed, yet to be processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will receive the allocation of the part in which the quantity for it showed as in stock at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our web site.
• Please understand we do not operate a shop front. All prices listed on the web site are for internet mail orders only.
• Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after the despatching will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package, the cost of shipping the package back and a re-stocking/cancellation fee.
• Cancellations may be communicated by email.
• Cancellation for specially ordered items will also attract a 10% cancellation fee. This is to cover the return to stock fee implied by our suppliers and shipping cost.

Payment

• Accepted payments include direct deposit, bank transfer, cheque, money order and PayPal.
• Despatching of goods are subject to fund clearance. This includes direct deposits, payment by cheque etc.
• If depositing a cheque into our account please make the cheque payable to: Flabbergast.
• Credit card payment is available only via PayPal, in addition Flabbergast requires an additional 2.5% fee to be paid for use of PayPal. This is to cover the cost of the service imposed on us.
• When doing a direct fund transfer or direct deposit into our account, please include the Order Number as the deposit Reference.

• The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from Flabbergast until the full amount is paid to Flabbergast.

• All water cooling products must be leak tested prior to installation.
• You may invalidate the warranty of components in your system by using these products.
• We take no responsibility for damage caused to your system by using these products.

• Due to changes in market values and other circumstances beyond our control, which may affect product availability and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
